1992 Mercedes-Benz 500SL convertible in well‑cared-for condition. I bought this car when I was 20 from a notary and have kept it ever since, with regular maintenance and careful storage. What makes it special is how comfortable it is on long drives — the 5.0‑liter V8 still pulls smoothly and the car feels composed at speed. The interior is full leather with walnut burl trim; those materials and the attention to original details are the reason I never want to part with it. With the top down it really shows its lines and presence. This is a great classic Mercedes rental for long coastal runs, weekend drives, or a country tour — my favorite memory is driving 800 km across Italy with my wife on state roads and the top open.
