This 1955 Chevrolet has been part of my life for longer than I have — literally. It joined our family in 1965, when my grandfather purchased it as the “family car. My father and his siblings even learnt to drive in it! Decades later it was purchased by my father, of my grandfather. Eventually I purchased it from my father to become the third generation owner! I plan to keep this Chevy in the family for another 60 years. I can imagine my kids jumping in the drivers seat with their own kids and continuing to get all the enjoyment my family and I have got out of this car over the years.
