1970 Opel Kadett B sedan, 2-door, classic — originally registered in Silves in 1970 and picked up by me in Alverca. It's a small, honest car with that late‑60s/early‑70s Opel feel; I’m a big Opel fan and it’s extra special because it’s the same model as my mother’s first car. Mechanically it's straightforward and fun to drive — light steering, nimble on narrow roads, and plenty of character for a weekend run or a local photo shoot. The body and interior keep the period look; it’s not concours, and it shows the sort of wear you expect from a genuine 1970s car, which I like — it feels lived in rather than recreated.
