1927 Lagonda 14/60 Saloon

This is our wonderfully characterful 1927 Lagonda 14/60 (nicknamed “Phyllis”) and is one of only 6 of this body style thought to be left in existence. Alongside marques such as Rolls Royce and Bentley (with which Lagonda shares much history), the Lagonda was seen as a very upmarket motorcar, this particular model costing £720 new in 1927, or to put it another way, approximately 2 houses! As can be seen, the interior is trimmed in beautiful red leather and there is ample room in the rear of the car for passengers making the Lagonda an ideal wedding car; and in a stunning maroon colour is slightly different to the usual white!
