1958 MG ZB Magnette Varitone
MG Magnette's were regarded as 'up market' saloons and favoured by professional business people (eg Bank Managers and Solicitors). They were powered by a 1500cc engine, fed by twin carburettors, with a four-speed gearbox (although this car has been fitted with a modern five-speed gearbox to improve overall performance and fuel economy). The car always attracts attention at shows and road runs as there are not many left in this condition. Outwardly it looks just as it did back in the late 50's / early 60's. Richard was amazing as was Maggie. It made my daughter and her partner very happy and Richard couldn't do enough to make the day special. He was excellent at communicating and making sure all our needs were met and the day went smoothly. Couldn't recommend enough
