1961 Land Rover Series 2 109

This is my Series 2 Landrover. Made in 1961 for the Marconi Fire Brigade based in Chelmsford in the UK. It is a super characterful truck, with its old quirks. It has a max speed of 55mph and is very capable off-road. It is my absolute pride and joy, so it is looked after very well, the paint is what you would expect from a Landrover, especially from the 60s! It is absolutely completely original and has so much charm. There is three seats up front, with a side mounted rear seat that will sit two. It has a working spotlight on the front and has super warm and bright headlights. I have ticked convertible, because if given correct prior notice, the roof and the side panels are completely removable, and the rear door comes off to make a completely flat surface, especially when the front windscreen is folded down!
