1961 Morris Minor 1000

1961 Morris Minor 1000, restored and finished in its classic british look. I bought her from a fellow in the Morris Owners Club and restored her to how she sits now — everything was done with an owner's-eye for authenticity because she was my dream car. The restoration was picked out by the club crowd too: i entered her at the British Motor Museum show in Yeovil and she took Best Restored in the show. She’s a light, easy-driving classic: not fast, but nicely sorted for country lanes and town runs. The hood folds down cleanly and the cockpit still has that intimate, old-Britain feel.
