The unimog was originally a German Army fire engine in 1964. It was then bought by the French fire service for fighting forest fires in the south of France tretired in 2008. I bought it in 2012 when I lived in south of France and drove it to the UK in 2022. It if fully operational with a 900l water tank, 800l/min washer pump and hoses. It is 8 speed, 4x4, with recovery winch.
