Produced between 1961–65 in Coventry, this is a rare original UK car, ordered in '64 by Manchester City Police for use as one of their fast pursuit vehicles. Now nicknamed 'Bobby' for this police connection, she has been fully restored from the ground up, including a complete engine rebuild, respray from police white to British Racing Green and chrome wire wheels. She is powered by a 2.1 litre, 4 cylinder, 105 horsepower engine with twin Weber carburetors, 4-speed overdrive gearbox and twin stainless steel exhaust pipes. She sounds great! Meticulously maintained and looking good from any angle, she is also fitted with disc breaks, seatbelts and an optional windbreaker.
