1979 Airstream Excella 240 Motorhome

Why Rent an Airstream You mean besides the beautiful, nostalgic motorhome making a cameo in your family holiday photos and turning them into instant classics? Well, we think that’s a pretty good reason on its own, but there’s more. Undeniably the most elegant Motorhome ever made, the Airstream travel trailer and motorhome has been an enduring symbol of luxury, adventure and iconic design for over 80 years. Our Airstream Motorhome, by the way her name is "Silver Lady", was lovingly built in 1979, since then she has had several lifestyle changes. She spent her first years traveling the USA, before coming to the UK, where she was fully restored and used for a number of years as a mobile Production Studio for the BBC. We bought her and had restored her to her original purpose as a luxury motorhome for the discerning traveller. Our Airstream combines the best of classic, retro styling and modern conveniences including a wood burning stove, a gas hob, and refrigerator to make preparing a gourmet camping meal a delight. Freeview HD TV and USB ports in the living and dining areas make it possible to stay connected if you wish or disconnect completely – your choice. A wall mounted mini Jukebox with Bluetooth connection (as well as SDCard and AUX connections) will set your soundtrack. A shower (on demand hot water) and WC, will keep you clean and comfortable no matter the conditions. These trailers are incredible on their own, but to enhance your Airstream experience we’ve outfitted them with more. See what we’ve included in your bespoke Airstream Adventure.
