1993 Austin Fairway Fx4

The most iconic taxi on earth - the humble London black cab. So high in stature to provide adequate headroom for one's tophat, spacious enough for a family day out to the city and reliable enough to have survived for over 70 years on Britain's streets. This 1993 Fairway Black cab runs with the same exterior styling as early examples and has been lovingly restored internally to provide comfort, period correct features and those all important tip seats for your extra passengers. These can be easily branded for promotion or shoots and add to the fantastic design features of such an iconic vehicle. As with all the vehicles listed on my BookAClassic profile, they are my own and cared for and often handpicked examples. We store, maintain and brand all of our classic and rare cars in house and have hired out for Tag Heuer, BBC, Netflix and more. This black cab is a fantastic vehicle to hire for music videos, Film/TV work (spare wheels transform it to the 1960s taxi look) and can be hired for any occasion. We will always provide a driver and the vehicle can be hired anywhere in the country, currently stored in Hertfordshire.
