2006 Ford Mustang

I have always loved mustangs since first seeing one as a child. I would draw pictures of them and create these cars in video games and always thought owning one would be an unobtainable dream. That was until I went to my local mechanic and noticed he had bought a new vehicle covered up at the back of his workshop. A period of months/ a year went by and then next time I was there I could see a wheel poking out from the cover so asked to see what it was underneath. I could t believe that I was seeing a car just like the one I’d dreamt about and asked if I could buy it if ever it came up for sale. As it had only done 120 miles during his ownership he decided to sell and I jumped at the chance to own it. It’s been my pride and joy ever since and is where its story begins with me. The car turns heads wherever it goes and I like the conversations it starts. The car later became a talking point for a girl I had met online as we both love everything American and so I took her out in it on our third date. Fast forward some miles and USA road trips together later and we used it as our wedding car. Now that we are expecting our first child together we have checked that a car seat fits in the back so hopefully the love for this car will carry on to the next generation. I love when the cars gets recognition and appreciation. It’s won best in show at a local car event and has taken people out who have asked for a ride to mark a special occasion and so I am posting it here so more people can have this experience and joy it has brought us.
