2007 Holden Clubsport R8

I present to you, the Holden Specialist Vehicles (HSV) ClubSport R8 (try fitting that badge on your boot lid). It’s the car Jeremy Clarkson described as absolutely bonkers but a car he absolutely loved! If you’re unfamiliar with the HSV ClubSport R8, this car was designed in Australia and given a touch of bonkers with a massive Chevrolet 6 litre V8 engine. You said you wanted to roar, right? The HSV R8 is a large, comfortable saloon with a gigantic road presence. Bags of space in the rear to stretch out and a huge boot for all your extras. The huge comfortable seats are half leather, half Alcantara. The HSV R8 is fully air conditioned inside with all the comfort and class of an executive saloon yet, this car is capable of 0-60 in less than 5 seconds and packs a punch with well over 400 horsepower (That’s quite a lot!). So be different, forget all the cars you see day in, day out. Go for something different, something unique. Take a ride in this car and you will soon realise why they call it “The Thunder From Down Under”.
