Maybe the nicest PV 544 on the planet. Dale was great - the car was everything I remembered they're like and more. Today is a memory that I will treasure.

Everything went well except the app was treacherous, causing me to waste lots of time trying to navigate around it. Although the pop-up said that the check-in couldn’t start until the day of the rental, those hardcopy check in forms just caused a lot of confusion wondering if I had to fill them out and there wasn’t anyway to fill them out because I could not click on them. And then it took forever to find where I’m supposed to type in DRIVE. Only by using the number that was for adding pictures on the top right of that form could the DRIVE message be found and sent. And then at the end of the rental, there were clear instructions for typing in PARKED but absolutely nothing to help check out. —Just a link sending me to those hardcopy check out forms again – totally useless. Some seriously helpful but simple improvements would be great!
