Chauffeured Service Description This 1965 Cadillac Calais is available for chauffeured wedding transportation, grand arrivals, ceremony departures, reception getaways, anniversary celebrations, engagement sessions, and special events. For the safety, preservation, and enjoyment of this original classic vehicle, a maximum of two passengers may ride in the back seat during chauffeured service. The vehicle is operated by the owner or an approved chauffeur only. Booking Time & Travel Policy Booking time includes travel, waiting, and event time. The reserved booking period begins when the Cadillac departs its home location and ends when it returns. Booking time includes: Travel to and from the event venue Travel between approved event locations Waiting time during ceremonies, photography sessions, and receptions Event and photo time Reasonable vehicle preparation and loading time Return travel after the event The minimum booking amount applies to every reservation. Additional time beyond the scheduled reservation will be billed at the listed hourly rate, subject to availability. To approve a reservation, please provide: Event date Pickup, ceremony, photo, reception, and drop-off addresses Requested arrival and departure times Number of passengers Full event itinerary Wedding planner, photographer, or day-of contact information Any requested decorations, flowers, signs, or special photo plans Vehicle Care & Event Rules To preserve this completely original Cadillac, the following rules apply: Chauffeured service and approved display/photo events only No self-drive rentals Maximum of two rear-seat passengers No smoking or vaping No food, drinks, or alcohol inside the vehicle No glitter, confetti, sparklers, smoke effects, or powder near the vehicle No pets inside the vehicle No sitting, standing, climbing, or leaning on the Cadillac No burnouts, racing, off-road travel, bar-hopping, or unlawful activity No tape, adhesives, magnets, wire, or materials that could damage paint, chrome, upholstery, or original trim All flowers, ribbons, signs, and decorations require prior approval Weather Policy This is an original classic vehicle. Service may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled because of heavy rain, severe weather, unsafe road conditions, extreme temperatures, or any situation that could risk the safety of passengers or the condition of the Cadillac. Clients are encouraged to have a weather backup plan for outdoor events. If the Cadillac does not have air conditioning, add this sentence: Please note: This original classic Cadillac does not have air conditioning and is best enjoyed during comfortable weather, for shorter chauffeured trips, or as a display and photo vehicle.
