1969 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham

A classic American luxury car with a resto-mod and muscular/gangster attitude. In it's day, Cadillac was the "standard of the world" and you certainly get a sense of why with this Cadillac. This car was purchased used from the original owner in 1970 and has been in my family ever since where it was painstakingly maintained in original condition and only driven on nice days. It's never seen snow, and has maybe only been in the rain 5 times in it's life. Beginning in 2015, I began a rather massive overhaul of the car where the entire braking system, suspension, cooling system, A/C system, and largely all of the electronics have been replaced and/or upgraded to newer, more advanced components (such as HIDs for the headlights). It's been lowered and now sits on 18 inch rims and tires which gives it a subtly aggressive stance for a giant 4 door luxury car. This car still has it's original 472 cubic inch V8 which was rated at 375hp when new in 1969, and it has every bit of that power, and probably more, today. The engine has received numerous upgrades ranging from electronic ignition, high performance Edelbrock carb, polished intake runners, and a custom exhaust that rumbles and proudly sounds off like a big block V8 from the late 60's should. While it is no doubt a huge car, it now starts, stops, and handles as close as possible to that of a modern car, and it has all of the amenities, and more, that you'd expect from a Cadillac. Whether just cruising around town, or at highway speeds, this car has the "Cadillac ride" even with upgraded suspension components in place. Absolutely everything works on this Cadillac, including the A/C, Cruise Control, Automatic lights, and has additional upgrades such as rear foot rests, a Pioneer head unit with Pioneer components, 2, 12" subwoofers in the trunk, and a Bluetooth adapter. This car is a head-turner. Get chauffeured in it for a special occasion or use it for an event and get noticed.
