1969 Mercury Cougar Convertible

Restored to 1969 factory-correct perfection, this Cougar xr7 convertible was one of Mercury’s few entries into the performance car market of the late sixties! Intentionally billed as the gentleman’s muscle car, it was distinctly more sophisticated and richly appointed than the competition- this medium green over black Mercury is unique! in fact, this vehicle is “one of one” in a production of better than 100,000 examples sold. You’ll find that the color combination photographs beautifully in bright and in lower light conditions, and whether color or black/white, it’s a great ‘supporting actor’ for film and a perfect backdrop for any photoshoot or event. (Delivery outside the Charlottesville Metro area is available for reasonable, negotiable rates!)
