1972 MG B NA
Welcome to the most unique MGB you'll ever encounter. The engine has been replaced with a 1985 Chevrolet S10 2.8L V6 from a pickup truck, allowing for a much more powerful experience over the stock engine. The original 4-speed gearbox has been replaced with a T5 Worldclass 5-speed transmission from a '90s Chevrolet Camaro, so highway driving is smoother and more relaxing. Don't get me wrong this is not an easy ride. If you're looking for a cruise around car or aren't confident in driving a manual transmission, this probably isn't for you. You're going to be cranking it in and out of gear, hurling your body around and sweating in the Los Angeles sun. But you're going to be looking sick as hell doing it. Having been lovingly restored a few times over the years, I've personally put countless hours and dollars into this car to keep it running. But it is still a 45yo car and it acts like it. The seats aren't comfy, no power-steering, the convertible top takes a bit of effort to get on and off and there's no AC. If you've gotten this far and you're still into, congratulations... You and I are the only 2 people on Earth who love this car. Cheers, Sam
