2006 Chrysler 300C SRT8

The SRT8 has the high output 425 HP Hemi engine. When we found this car, it did not have a navigation system, so we added one - a Garmin - above the rear view mirror in the sunglass cubby. This car was built during the time that Chrysler and Mercedes shared parts, so the transmission is like a Mercedes E or S class from the same year. That means you have the ability to up- or downshift by moving the shift lever left (downshift) or right (upshift). If you have your hand on the shifter it is easy to accidentally shift when cornering. If a downshift happens, move it right to upshift into 5th, and it will be in automatic mode again.
