2006 Porsche 911 Carrera

Drive the legendary Porsche flagship car, the 911. This 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera is a wonderful example of the car that made Porsche famous. It is a base model Carrera, 6 speed manual, black on black coupe. It is of the 997 generation, which refers to those 911s built between 2005 and 2012. Many say the 997 is the sweet spot for the 911 in terms of maintaining the analog feel and DNA of the old air cooled 911s while providing the performance of a modern water cooled car. The handling is just what one would expect from a precision built, German engineered, driver focused, machine. The 911 hugs the road as if it is fixed to rails, as it begs you to push it through the twisties. Down shift, step on the pedal, and hear the angry growl of a German engineered flat 6 enhanced by a fabspeed performance exhaust, as you get thrown back in your seat while you enjoy that crease to crease grin on your face. You may even be converted into a Porsche enthusiast!
