Do I need a new account?

Logins and passwords from the old platform don't automatically carry over to the rebuilt BookAclassic. The quickest way back in:

1. Go to the sign-in screen and choose Forgot password. Enter the email you used before and follow the reset link.
2. Or use an email one-time code: enter your email and we'll send a 6-digit code to sign in without a password.
3. Or use social sign-in (Apple, Google or Facebook) if that matches your email.

If none of these work, or you're not sure which email you used, contact us at support@bookaclassic.com and we'll help you recover access.
