No smoking in vehicles: fees, exceptions and what to do if you smell smoke at pickup.
Renters and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any vehicle on the BookAclassic marketplace. If the owner reports the smell of smoke within 24 hours of the trip ending, the renter is assessed a cleaning fee of up to $350 plus a $25 administrative fee.
If you smell smoke at the very beginning of your reservation, report it via email to support@bookaclassic.com immediately so you aren't held responsible.
