1937 Chevrolet Half Ton GC

Affectionately named “Clyde,” this antique truck has been in our family since our grandfather bought it new in 1937. Clyde has been awarded “Diamond in the Rough” twice at a local car show. One year, three generations got to accept that award. He has been invited to a few weddings and photoshoots. He even played a supporting role in the TV show, Fargo! (Season 4, Episode 9) Clyde was hand painted green by its original owner with a paintbrush! We love his patina and never plan to restore him to factory perfect. We appreciate him just the way he is! Clyde rested in Wyoming for a few decades before being brought to Wisconsin. He was then brought back to life by the hard work and dedication of his owner (the grandson of the original owner) as well as the owner’s kids and friends. We even had a party to celebrate his roaring back to life, which had been a life long dream of the current owner. We love sharing Clyde and his history with others. We would love to share him with you!
