Returning the car with the same fuel level and how the host requests reimbursement.
Renters are responsible for replacing any fuel used during the rental, using the appropriate fuel type. The default expectation is to return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup.
If the car is returned with less fuel, the owner reports the cost to support@bookaclassic.com within 72 hours including a receipt; the renter is charged for the cost plus an inconvenience fee. Photos of the receipt and the fuel levels at return must be included.
