How does pickup and return work?

You and the owner agree on the pickup location and time through the in-app messages. Together you walk around the car and complete a condition report, noting any existing marks, dents or issues with photos. Both parties sign off before keys change hands.

Return follows the same process in reverse: meet at the agreed time and location, complete a second condition report, and the trip is closed out.
