What documents do I need to rent?

For self-drive rentals you need a valid driving licence, proof of identity, and a credit or debit card in your own name. (Chauffeured and event hire don't require a driving licence, since you don't drive the car.)

• A full driving licence held for at least 2 consecutive years.
• A government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID card).
• A payment card matching the name on the booking.
• International renters may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on the destination country.
