How to add, replace, remove and reorder your listing photos, and set the main (hero) photo that shows on the car card and at the top of the listing.
Great photos are the single biggest thing that gets a classic booked. You can update them any time from your host dashboard: open the Vehicles tab, choose the car, and go to its Photos section.
Adding, replacing and removing photos
- Add photos by dragging them onto the gallery or browsing for files on your device; they upload and save straight away.
- Replace a weak shot by adding the better version and removing the old one.
- Remove any photo you no longer want, as long as you keep at least the minimum number of photos.
Reordering and the main photo
Drag your photos into the order you want. The first photo is your main (hero) photo, the one that appears on your car's card in search results and at the very top of your listing, so make it your strongest shot. To change it, drag another photo into first position (or use the option to set a photo as the main one), and the order is saved for you.
Photo rules and the shots we recommend
- You need at least 5 photos to publish, and can add up to 10.
- Photos should be reasonably sharp and well-lit. Very dark, blurry or low-resolution images (below roughly 800×600) may be rejected. Landscape (wide) shots work best on the card.
- Recommended shots: exterior front three-quarter, side profile, rear, interior/dashboard, the engine bay, and any details that make your car special.
The main photo is simply the first photo in your order; there's no separate ‘cover' setting to hunt for. Reorder the gallery and the first one leads everywhere your car is shown.
