How to list your classic car

Listing on BookAclassic is free. The guided listing wizard walks you through everything step by step.

1. Create a free account and tap List your car in the header.
2. Enter your car's details. The wizard can pre-fill specs from the VIN where available, so you mostly review and confirm.
3. Upload clear photos: exterior front 3/4, side, rear, interior, engine bay and any unique details.
4. Write a short description that highlights the story of the car as well as the practical specs.
5. Choose your rental type(s) and set your rate: self-drive is priced per day; Chauffeur is priced per hour (you can also set an optional minimum booking price); event hire is priced per day with an optional hourly rate (capped at the daily rate) and an optional minimum booking price. Then set your mileage allowance and deposit.
6. Verify your phone number, open your availability calendar and submit for review.

The cancellation policy that applies to your bookings is set by BookAclassic across the platform, so it isn't something you choose in the wizard. See Cancelling as a host.

Minimum hire duration (self-drive)

If you offer self-drive, you can set a minimum hire duration for the listing. This is the fewest days a renter can book your car for. Requests and quotes shorter than your minimum are blocked automatically, so you never have to decline a too-short trip yourself. You can change it any time from the pricing section of your listing.
