Extending your rental

If you're enjoying the car and want to keep it longer, you can ask to extend a trip that's already under way by moving the drop-off to a later time.

How to extend

1. Open your active booking and propose a new, later drop-off.
2. The host reviews the request and accepts or declines it, just like any other change.
3. Once it's accepted, the extra time is charged through the platform and your booking updates.

Good to know

• An extension depends on the car being free; the host may have another booking after yours.
• You can't move the drop-off to a time that has already passed.
• Request the extra time before your trip is due to end, rather than waiting until the last moment.
