Getting a receipt or invoice for your booking

Every booking paid through BookAclassic has a downloadable receipt you can use as proof of payment or for an expense claim.

Downloading your receipt

1. Sign in and open Trips.
2. Open the booking you need the receipt for.
3. Tap Download receipt to save a PDF showing the car, the dates, the price breakdown and the total you paid.

Need something more specific?

If you need a document in a company name, with a VAT/tax number, or covering several bookings at once, email support@bookaclassic.com with the booking reference (shown on the trip page) and what the document needs to include, and our team will prepare it for you.

Hosts and invoicing

Hosts can track earnings and payouts from the host dashboard. See How and when do hosts get paid?. If you need paperwork for your own accounting, such as a statement of a payout, contact support@bookaclassic.com.

Bookings made on the old platform were settled there, so they have no on-platform receipt. Contact support@bookaclassic.com and our team can look the booking up for you. See Finding your old bookings.
